Runner’s Express Boot Camp
Achieve total body fitness with this specially designed Runner’s Express BootCamp! These effective, time-efficient workouts will build strength, balance and improve flexibility- reducing your risk of injury and helping your to run faster and stronger! These workouts are designed for runners but are also perfect for fitness walkers, cyclists or anyone who would like to develop a strong and healthy body!
TUESDAY: Strength & Agility Training (9:30-10am)
This fun class will use multi-directional and multi-planar sport training methods to help you achieve total body strength and tone. We’ll also incorporate agility & plyometric style drills to improve your balance and co-ordination to help to keep you nimble on your feet, which is especially important during trail runs!
THURSDAY: Core Strength & Flexibility Training (9:30-10am)
This class is designed to cultivate a strong core, flexible hips and reduce the muscle tightness that can hinder your running form and lead to injury. The core forms the body’s center of movement and strengthening it creates a better stride and improved endurance. This class will focus on strengthening the abs and back as well as stretching all the muscle groups in your body- creating healthy, balanced muscles from head to toe!
